I AGREE with SorrentoTour/TopLevelTravel about all the articles of the “Booking Conditions & Agreement between Top Level Travel and the Client” on the Web Site www.topleveltravel.com and I also agree that the following note is part of the “Booking Conditions & Agreement between Top Level Travel and the Client”.

NOTE:
Some prices and fees are valid only for Guided Tours of groups of minimum 6 people (as described in each tour web page or brochure) .
Top Level Travel s.r.l. shall cancel a tour in case it needs a minimum number of people to run, giving notice in writing at least 14 working days in advance by e-mail or fax . In this case Top Level Travel will propose 2 opportunities to the client:
- The first tour date available with the minimum number of people already booked
- The client, if possible, can decide to travel on individual tour with private services (transport, guide, etc.) paying an extra sum as it regards the individual services provided by Top Level Travel.

In case the client does not accept neither solutions, Top Level Travel will reimburse all sums paid by him/her.

In this case, the client agrees that Top Level Travel will reimburse ONLY the sums paid in advance by the client for the tour and/or the tour services and no penalties shall be required by the client for this kind of event to Top Level Travel s.r.l.

Please, note that in accordance with the Italian low “D.Lgs. 196/2003” your personal data wrote in this form will be used for the service required or send you info and/or special offers by Top Level Travel s.r.l.
